RAINSVILLE -- Funeral services for Carl E. Ford, age 75, resident of the Rainsville community, who died at 5:15 p. m. Wednesday, July 15, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Crowmer-Siddens Funeral Home in Williamsport. The Rev. Henry Pratt officiated and burial was in the West Lebanon Cemetery. Mr. Ford, who died after being a patient in the Community Hospital at Williamsport for three days, was born July 3, 1889 in Pence, the son of W. H. and Jeanette Pugh Ford. He was married July 6, 1910 to Ella Cole, who survives. He was a member of the Boswell Church of Christ. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are: four sons, Ralph of Boswell, Wesley of Miami, Fla., Everett of Green Hill and Robert of Rainsville; two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Watkins of Green Hill and Mrs. June Christenberry of Attica; two brothers, Herman of Pence and Jack of West Lebanon; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Bowers of Attica, Mrs. Delphina High of Rossville, Ill., Mrs. Flossie Briggs of Pence and Mrs. Abbie Biggs of Hedrick; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  --typed by Walt W
